T Today is operated by XingAI as a personal paper-trading structure and intraday-T guardrail tool. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or bank.

Account data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile fields needed for authentication and allowlisting.

Lab data you enter or save: cash balance, symbol quantities, VWAP overrides, focus symbol, and rule-configuration snapshots stored in our database so the lab can persist between sessions.

Holdings coach: screenshots or photos you upload, optional cash amounts, text prompts, and AI-generated replies. Advisory threads and message history may be stored locally in your browser and on our servers when you are signed in.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and error logs from our hosting provider.

Broker screenshots may show account numbers, names, balances, and positions. Upload only what you are comfortable sharing with our systems and AI providers.

We do not guarantee that you will remove or mask sensitive fields before upload. You are responsible for redacting information you do not want processed.

To run the rule engine, display status lights, validate paper orders, and generate AI-assisted summaries when enabled.

To enforce sign-in allowlists, rate limits, and abuse protection.

To maintain, secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

When AI features are enabled, message text and images may be sent to OpenAI (or another configured model provider) to produce structured coaching output. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Market quotes and chart data may be fetched from third-party sources (for example Yahoo Finance or your Invest AI API). We do not control their accuracy or availability.

We use hosting and database providers (for example Vercel, Turso/libSQL) to run the application.

We use browser local storage for theme (light/dark), language preference, optional cash input, and similar client settings.

Session cookies may be used for authentication when sign-in is enabled.

We retain lab and advisory data for as long as needed to provide the service or until you delete it where deletion is supported.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you provided by emailing contact@xingai.app. We will respond where applicable law requires.

You can sign out, clear browser storage, and stop using the service at any time.

You may disable or avoid AI features by not signing in or not invoking analysis, subject to product configuration.

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that data may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
