Terms of Service

T Today is offered for personal learning, research, and paper-trading workflow practice only. It helps you explore overnight-structure rules, intraday-T guardrails, and optional AI-assisted checklists in a simulated environment.

The product is not marketed or operated as a service that provides personalized investment recommendations, portfolio management for compensation, or trade execution on your behalf.

You must not treat any screen, alert, or AI paragraph as a directive to trade real money without your own judgment and, where appropriate, advice from licensed professionals.

T Today provides a paper portfolio lab, overnight-structure checks, intraday-T guardrails, optional chart signals, and AI-assisted holdings review. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to your brokerage for order placement.

Features may change, break, or be withdrawn during beta without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a binding contract.

You may not use the service where prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your country or region.

Where sign-in is required, only allowlisted Google accounts may use AI features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.

You will not access the service on behalf of others unless you are authorized to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.

You represent that information you provide (including screenshots and portfolio inputs) is yours to upload or you have permission to use it.

You represent that you understand the service is educational and simulated, and that real-money trading involves risk of loss you can afford to bear.

You agree that you will not treat any output — rule checklist, chart signal, AI summary, or suggested order list — as the sole or primary basis for any real-money transaction.

You are solely responsible for verifying symbols, quantities, prices, and cash with your broker and for your own compliance obligations.

XingAI does not monitor your accounts and has no duty to warn you of market movements or rule violations in live trading.

XingAI is not registered or licensed as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, exchange, or clearing agency in the United States or elsewhere, and does not hold itself out as such.

The service does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, nor a promotion of any particular strategy, symbol, or issuer.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, harassment, reverse engineering to bypass limits, scraping that overloads systems, or misrepresenting affiliation with XingAI.

You will not rely on the service as your sole basis for real-money trading decisions.

You will not upload content you do not have the right to share.

All portfolios, orders, fills, and P&L shown are simulated unless we clearly label otherwise. Saving quantities in the lab updates your paper record only — not a live account.

Copy-to-clipboard order lists are suggestions for manual entry at your own broker, if you choose to act at all.

AI-generated text and structured plans are probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Rule-engine outputs are deterministic checklists based on data you (or defaults) provide — they are still not instructions to trade.

We do not guarantee that AI will run on every request (rate limits, outages, or missing API keys may apply).

The application, branding, and non-open-source code are owned by XingAI or licensors. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XINGAI AND ITS TEAM ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XingAI, its operators, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your uploaded content; (c) your real-money trading or investment activity, whether or not influenced by the service; (d) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (e) any dispute between you and a third party (including brokers or data providers).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

Before filing suit, you agree to contact contact@xingai.app and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

Where permitted by law, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes that are not resolved informally.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination of your access.

We may modify or discontinue the service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform.
